Welcome to the UI Alumni Network - University of Illinois Day at the Capitol

Be the voice of the University of Illinois

The University of Illinois uses State funding to help recruit preeminent professors,
invest in new technologies, provide grants and scholarships to deserving
students, and maintain its campuses.

State funding is important

Governor Bruce Rauner has proposed a 31.5 percent, or nearly
$209 million, reduction in state-appropriated funding to the University of Illinois.
