Timken Names Steven W. Oswald Regional Manager for U.S. Industrial Distribution

The Timken Company announced the appointment of Steven W. Oswald to the position of regional manager-southwest for the company’s U.S. industrial distribution business.


Oswald leads regional sales teams focused on the company’s authorized industrial distributors and associated end-users.


Oswald joined Timken in 1989 as an associate sales engineer in Torrington, Conn. Since then, he has held positions including that of an account executive and most recently as a principal sales engineer for the southeast region. Oswald earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana- Champaign, Ill., and a master’s degree in business administration from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. Oswald is a native of Mt. Zion, Ill., and will relocate to Dallas, Texas.
